		<description>I agree Katrina. The investment with a marketing tool like Twitter is not money but time. Some will of course say that time is money...true, and investing some time building relationships via Twitter is a good investment. Some companies are trying to let their Brand be their Twitter identity. I think the ones that will be more successful via this media are those where the leaders reveal a little of their humanity that will be more successful. In the end, it is all about building relationships with your customers, not spinning a marketing message.</description>
